TO-DO ASAP

  • WATCH THE VIDEO ☝️(MANDATORY)

  • Fill Out the Intake Form (MANDATORY)

  • Sign Agreement (Sent Via Email) (MANDATORY)

  • Upload Profile Picture (MANDATORY)

  • Upload any Medical Documents Necessary (Upload this to the Chat) - Bloodwork, Injury Limitations, ETC...

  • Please Have All of These Things Done Prior to the Onboarding Call. (MANDATORY)

  • Once all is done, book your onboarding call. (MANDATORY)

Expectations

  • Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly Check ins done ON TIME.

  • Daily Check ins completed at least 5 times a week.

  • Nutrition Logged Daily - Try doing it in advance for the next day at minimum to always be prepared and plan your meals ahead of time.

  • Workout Program Logged at the end of Each Workout.

  • Cardio Logged after each session.

  • Water Tracked Daily.

  • Honesty - If you're not being honest, it only affects my ability to help you.

  • Book Check In calls when you're struggling. (YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS!!!)

Important Information

  • There may be some default plans already on your account, those will not be the ones you will be using, I will make yours after intake form is completed.

  • Check Ins are Done in the App and Are Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Or Monthly Based on Program chosen.

  • Weight, measurements, and pictures need to be done fasted

  • For pictures, please have camera at hip height, wear same or similar clothes each time (minimal but whatever you're comfortable with, athletes - competition suit)

  • Lighting (ring light, and or good house lighting (lights 1-3' in front of you offset to each side)) solid dark background, make sure entire body is in frame.

  • Daily Check ins must be done at the end of each day, or at the start of the day for the day prior

  • Weight should be taken in the morning prior to eating or drinking anything

  • Glucose should be measured fasted

  • Not everyone needs to take glucose or Blood Pressure, but it can always be great information if you are willing to do so.

  • Bodybuilding clients must do BP and Glucose at least once per week.

  • When tracking water use liters to record.

  • For daily stimulant usage list all, energy drinks, coffee, pre workout, Adderall, etc.. or any other stimulants you might be taking.

  • The app integrates with apple health and all the other fitness apps. If you utilize this it can automatically fill out your weight, steps, sleep data, exercise minutes, etc..
